What we collect

We collect a verified email address, a prize-payout (Interac e-Transfer) email, an age-of-majority attestation, province or territory, a public display alias, entry history, payment references, and—only when requested—a sticker shipping address. Selected entrants may securely provide identity documents for eligibility verification.

Why we use it

Information is used to administer promotions, enforce entry limits, fulfill purchases, send transactional notices, verify winners, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages require separate optional consent.

Who receives it

Payment information is handled by Square. Account and database services are provided through Supabase. Email, hosting, shipping, and RANDOM.ORG receive only the information required to perform their service. Draw manifests use anonymous spot identifiers rather than contact information.

Retention and security

Winner identity documents are private and scheduled for deletion 30 days after final payout or disqualification. Access to operational records is role-restricted and audited. Payment card numbers are not stored by this application.

Your choices

You can decline marketing, waive sticker shipment, request access or correction, or contact privacy@prairiebodega.ca about deletion obligations and retention requirements.
